Todd McCabe & April Moriarty

Todd McCabe
Todd was born and raised in Southern California. He began taking organ lessons as a child for 2 years, although he found that he preferred playing the piano, and later singing. He joined the church at age 14. After his conversion he began arranging hymns and playing in Sacrament Meetings. Todd served a mission in the Peru, Lima South Mission. He is a graduate of B.Y.U. with a Bachelor of Science degree. He met his wife, Susie, also a convert, in high school. In 1993 they moved to Utah, where they currently reside. They are the parents of 5 children.

April Moriarty
Rather than pursuing a professional career, April has enjoyed raising her 3 children, teaching violin lessons and playing her violin whenever asked for local and church meetings. "The violin has truly become the voice of my soul. Through the course of life, we all have experiences and feelings that are impossible to adequately express with words." When her mother realized that April, at age 4, could plunk out melodies and harmonies on the piano by ear, she started April in piano lessons. At age 10, April added the violin. Due to her ability to play by ear, April began accompanying choirs and soloists with her own obligatos and writing hymn arrangements.
